Does the Free plan include Starter membership?
No. The Free plan is not the same as a Starter membership. New users receive a 48-hour Starter trial after signing up. When the trial ends, the account automatically returns to the Free plan unless upgraded. You can also invite friends to complete a BBTI match to earn another 48 hours of Starter access.
When does the 48-hour Starter trial begin?
It begins at the exact time your account is created and lasts for 48 hours. It is not calculated by calendar days. For example, if you sign up at 8 PM, your trial will end at 8 PM two days later.
When do I receive the extra 48 hours from inviting a friend?
Your friend must sign up through your invitation link, create a profile, and complete their BBTI result. Once that happens, the invitation is considered successful. You will receive another 48 hours of Starter access and both of you will unlock a BBTI match summary.
Do I get the reward if my friend only signs up?
No. To keep the match meaningful, your friend must complete registration, create a profile, and generate their BBTI result before the reward is issued.
Can I extend the trial indefinitely through invitations?
No. Each account can receive up to 14 total Starter trial days, including the signup 48 hours. After reaching that limit, you can still invite friends for BBTI matching, but no additional trial time will be added.
What remains available after my trial ends?
Your account returns to Free, where daily fortune and guidance, full BBTI, natal content except advanced element analysis, all transit tools, calendars, personal calendar, and calendar sync remain available. Advanced analysis, advanced prediction, and separately purchased reports follow their respective access rules.
Can Free accounts view the full BBTI report?
Yes. Free accounts can view the full BBTI reading and export the BBTI PDF without waiting for a Starter trial.
Can Free accounts use calendar sync?
Yes. After creating a personal profile, Free accounts can generate a subscription link and sync their personal astrology calendar to Google, Apple, or Outlook.
Does the invited friend also get a 48-hour trial?
Yes. The invited friend receives their own 48-hour Starter trial as a new user after signing up.
What happens if I am already a paid member and invite a friend?
If you are already a paid member, the system should not replace your paid membership with trial access. Invitation rewards can be recorded in your account and may later be converted into other benefits, such as coupons, extra profile slots, or membership time, depending on the site rules.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime. Paid features stay active until the billing period ends, then the account reverts to Free.
How many profiles does Starter include?
Starter includes 2 profiles by default. Add more at $2.99/yr per profile, or get the 10-profile pack for $10/yr.
Will I lose data when upgrading?
No — all profiles and data are preserved.
What happens to extra profiles after downgrade?
Profiles are kept up to the new effective quota. Excess profile numbers are removed highest first. Valid add-on quota still counts toward the total.
